All payment shall be made prior to the commencement of treatment.  Any request of cancellation or postponement of treatment must be conveyed to Andrea Bariatric Surgery in writing.

Andrea Bariatric Surgery reserves the right in its sole discretion to accept and approve payment refund request.  If the request is approved, the refund will be processed in not less than fourteen (14) working days.  The refund amount is subject to deduction of all processing charges imposed by the bank/online payment gateway agent for all credit/debit card/online payment transactions.
